The work carried out between Saturday 25th September and 27th September was successful. We've upgraded our systems and improved our services for you. 

We can confirm the second proposed maintenance window commencing on Saturday 2nd October 2021 is no longer required.

Please note that there is an upcoming maintenance window that will impact Amplience platform services scheduled for Saturday 25th September 2021 and potentially for 2nd October 2021. We will endeavour to complete the maintenance work between the 25th and 27th September. However, we may need another maintenance window between the 2nd and 4th October if required. We will provide an update shortly after the 27th September if the additional window is needed.

This is necessary to carry out systems maintenance while we upgrade backend services in the Amplience platform.


When:
Maintenance will begin Saturday 25th September 08:00 BST and is expected to be completed by Monday 27th September 06:00 BST.

Maintenance will begin Saturday 2nd October 08:00 BST and is expected to be completed by Monday 4th October 06:00 BST (If required)

Components affected:
- Content Hub
- Dynamic Content
- Dynamic Media
- Virtual Staging Environment (VSE)

Impact:
Content Hub: Publishing of assets and uploading new assets may take longer than expected
Dynamic Content: Publishing of content may take longer than expected
Virtual Staging Environment (VSE): Requests may take longer to respond for both Dynamic Media and Dynamic Content
