Please note that there is an upcoming maintenance window that will impact Amplience FTP and Content Hub services scheduled for Saturday 9th January 2021.
This is necessary to carry out systems maintenance while we upgrade the FTP component of the Amplience platform.
Components affected: - FTP - Content Hub
Impact: - Existing connections to Amplience FTP will disconnect and assets will not be transferred. - Connections will be available when maintenance is complete. - Uploads to Amplience Content Hub from FTP will be paused and will commence once maintenance is complete.
Please be assured that this will NOT affect any live content. You will still be able to upload assets manually from the Content Hub UI.
